Our Installation of Heavy Duty Adjustable Security Hinges on a Private Residential Gate
For this operation we installed two swinging gates for a private home. For all gate replacements, instead of replacing just one single side, we always recommend replacing both sides so that all the weight/height proportions will be perfectly balanced.
In the above video, you can watch one of our licensed technicians using a welding torch to install heavy duty hinges on this gate in order to ensure the perfect operation of the gate, as well as it’s lasting durability even despite inclement weather.
When the heavy duty, adjustable hinges are fully welded to the gate, you can visually inspect the high quality welding work that our technician has performed. Notice the way that the heavy duty hinges are welded to the gate in three separate ways, with specially customized hardware that allows customers to adjust the hinges up or down, according to their preference.
Additionally, by simply loosening or tightening the move able nuts, the hinge can be moved either left or right. A third vector of move-ability is present allowing the fence to move either forward or backwards.
The finished product is fully aligned straightly, from top to bottom, and closes smoothly and perfectly.
